The Institut für zeitgemäße Ernährung was established in 1979, by scientists from diverse disciplines (agronomists, biologists, chemists, physicians, ecotrophologists) and under the aegis of Prof. Dr. mult. Andreas Lembke, Kiel.
It serves as a platform for the exchange of information among experts on contemporary nutrition.
